SHORT HISTORY OF GAMBIT

Remy Le Beau alias Gambit was adopted by Jean Luc Le Leau who is the "Guild Master" of the infamous Thieves Guild. His clan was at war with the Assasins Guild who is lead by Marius Boudreaux. To maintain the peace among the Guilds, Gambit married the doughter of Marius--Belladonna. Julien the brother of Belladonna hated Gambit so much up to the extent that Julien challenged him. Unfortunelly Julien didn't suvive in the fight and because of this Gambit was exiled from New Orleans to avoid further fighting.
Gambit start to work as a mercenary. It was painful for Remy to leave his wife so he cast his fate with whoever came. He was the best thief around and Mr. Sinister uses his excellent talent to recruit a mercs to break in an inpenetrable community- the Morlocks, because of this he was involve in the Mutant Massacre.

After that terrible experience Gambit met Storm who was been reduced to her child state by Nanny, which is trying to pull off the same robbery as him. There combined skills and power defeated their pursuers who is Shadow King, then they formed a formidable duo. Storm took him to the X-MEN when she returned to her original state. With the help of Gambit the X-Men defeated Shadow King in Muir Island.
In his early state with the X-MEN Remy seemed to like Jean and frequently flirted with her for a short while. But as time goes he seemed to like Rogue who is invonerable and untouchable.
After a while with the X-Men, his wife Belladonna appeared to need help. Gambit with the X-Men traveled to New Orleans and fight the allien Broad and they defeated it with the help of the Ghost Rider. However Belladonna fell into comatose state, and was believed dead by Remy, this happen whe she tried to saved Psylocke.
Remy knew that his wife was not died so he back again to New Orleans and stole the Elixir of Life from Candra "The Great Benefactress". But when Belladonna awoke he remembered nothing of her past.
He was not wholly trusted a lot of time by his teamates because of his unknown past, and Bishops accusations that he is the X-Traitor. But it was Xavier was the thraitor when he became an Onslaught.
Gambits dark secret was revealed, he was responsible for the death of the Morlocks, this revelation was through "The Trial of Gambit" which was plan by Eric the Red". Rogue was not prepare to accept the dark side of Gambit and she leave Gambit in the frozen waste of Antartica.
Don't be upset guys.....because as the Carpenters song goes....we 've only just begun...... and still GAMBIT'S SAGA CONTINUE..........
